At The Gift Baskett, we want you to love your home decor and gift selections. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
